When we have received the Holy Spirit within of God, and we look for friendship and fullness with God then we must not wait for moves by God to build that friendship with God. We must make moves that bring us closer to that friendship of God.
( Ephesians 3:18-19 ).
The indwelling of the Spirit of God is a gift to us from God when we ask for the indwelling of the Spirit of God, for we cannot earn that gift from God.

However when we have received the Spirit within of God then we must earn our friendship with God. If we do not seek to establish a good relationship with God after we have received the Spirit within of God then we will never live in fellowship and fullness on this world with God.
However, not by works brings people into fellowship and fullness with God.
But our love for God brings fellowship with God.

When we have received the Spirit within of God then we must begin to strive and yearn for that Friendship with God.

When our heart fully seeks and yearns for that friendship with God then we will be overwhelmed and embraced with the love of God, for then God knows that we are willing to do anything to have that friendship with God.

When we live in friendship with God then we must work on that friendship to enjoy the fullness of God, for that is why we receive the Spirit within of God to live in fullness on this world with God.

Jesus Christ the Son of God opened the door for us to God to live in fullness on this world with God when He paid for our sins by God, however we must also do our part by given our love to God if we wish to enjoy the full love of God.
