Only the people that have their name in the book of life by God
are the people of God,
other people will never be part of God.
The elect of God have a willingness to repent of their sins by God when they are elected and called by God that is why those people have his or her name in the book of life by God, for that is known by God before those people are elected and called by God.

However not all of the elect of God will be accepted in heaven by God, for some of the elect that receive the call on this world from God to live for God do not obey God. Those elect people of God will end up in hell, not in heaven by God.

All of our sins are paid for by Jesus the Son of God, also the elect of God who do not on this world wish to obey God will in hell receive the grace of God to repent of their sins by God through Jesus Christ the Son of God at the last judgment-day of God.
