TRUE PRAYER AND PRAISE TO GOD

Posted by George Soepboer Sr.

True prayer to God and true praise to God

True prayer to God must be a communication between us and God. True prayer is not something that we keep repeating everyday without thinking about God or without thinking what we pray for by God. It is not wrong to repeat the same prayer everyday to God, but it may not be meaningless words that we send to God without opening our heart and mind to God, and without thinking what we are saying to God.
( Matthew 6:5-13 ).

When we speak to God then we must expect to be answered by God through the Holy Spirit within us of God. Therefore when we speak to God then our heart and mind always be with God. If our heart and mind is not open to God when we pray to God then our prayer is meaningless to God and an insult to God. Also if we pray to God and we do not listen for an answer from God when we pray to God then our prayer is also meaningless to God and a insult to God, for we will receive a answer from God if we open our heart and mind to God.
( Luke 11:9-10 ).

We must seek a true relationship with God when we pray to God, but that true relationship with God can only be ours through Jesus Christ the Son of God. Therefore we must accept Jesus the Son of God as our only lifeline to God to be accepted by God if we wish to have that communication with God, for only if we accept Jesus Christ the Son of God as our only lifeline to God are we accepted by God.
( John 1:12 )( John 14:6 )( 1 John 5:11-12 )

The way for us is opened by God through Jesus Christ the Son of God, if we do not accept Jesus the Son of God as our only salvation from God then we will be condemned by God.
( John 3:16-18 )

Jesus Christ the Son of God is the only lifeline to God, if we reject that lifeline from God then we will never find an open door by God but then we will be rejected forever by God.
( 1 Corinthians 8:6 )( 1 Timothy 2:5 )( 1 John 4:14 ).

There is no other way to be accepted by God apart from the grace of God through Jesus Christ the Son of God.
( Ephesians 2:4-9 ).

For Jesus Christ the Son of God suffered and died for our sins by God for us to be forgiven of our sins by God.
( John 1:29 )( Romans 6:10 )( Hebrews 7:27 )
( 1 Peter 3:18 )( 1 John 2:2 ).

We must be baptized with water to be forgiven of our sins by God through Jesus Christ the Son of God, for then we are part of that salvation of God through Jesus Christ the Son of God. And then we will also receive the Holy Spirit within of God.
( Acts 2:37-38 ).

But to receive the Holy Spirit within of God we must ask for that gift from God, if we humbly ask for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God then we will receive that gift within from God.
( Luke 11:9-13 ).

When we are baptized with water and we have received the Holy Spirit within of God then we have received a new life within of God for then we are born again within of God.
( John 3:3-6 ).

When we are born again within of God then we are a new creation from God, for then we are recreated within by God by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit of God.
( 2 Corinthians 5:17 ).

When we have received the Spirit within of God then God will speak within by the Spirit of God, for then God lives within us by the Holy Spirit of God, for the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God.
( 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 )( 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ).

God will live within us by the Spirit of God if we open our heart to God and surrender our whole to God, and we ask for the indwelling of the Spirit of God.
( 2 Corinthians 6:16-17 ).

The Spirit within us of God will teach us how to pray to God and how to please God. The Holy Spirit of God will not only communicate to us the will and way of God, but the Spirit of God will also keep us in the center of the will of God.
( John 14:26 )( John 15:26 )
( John 16:7-13 )( 1 John 2:26-27 ).

Only by the Holy Spirit of God can we live for God, for only the Holy Spirit of God knows the will and way of God.
( 1 Corinthians 2:9-16 )( 2 Corinthians 3:16-18 ).

If we do not live by the Holy Spirit within us of God than we do not live for God, for it is the Spirit within us of God that leads us to God, and leads us on into eternity with God.
( Romans 8:4-14 ).

Therefore we must not only be baptized with water to have our sins forgiven by God and to be accepted by God, but we also must be baptized with the Holy Spirit of God.
( Joel 2:28-29 )( Matthew 3:11 )( Luke 3:16 )
( Acts 1:5 )( Acts 2:17-18 )( Acts 11:15-16 ).

When we pray to God then our heart must be with God. It is not the kind of words we us or the amount of word we use that pleases God when we pray to God, but our thoughts and heart must be wrapped up in God when we pray to God for that is what pleases God.
( Matthew 6:7 ).

When we pray to God then we must not seek honor from people to show them how well we live for God, for all of that is hated by God.
( Matthew 6:5-6 )

We also may never feel proud when we pray to God, for all pride is hated by God, only the humble prayers are welcome by God.
( Luke 18:9-14 ).

We may pray in public places to God, and sometimes we must pray in public places to God, for all of that is the will and way of God, but our prayers must be humble wherever we pray to God, and our hearts must be with God when we pray to God. But our prayers may never be a show of words when we pray to God.
( Acts 20:36 )( Acts 21:5 )( Acts 27:34-35 ).

Jesus Christ the Son of God also prayed in public places to God.
( Matthew 15:36 )( Mark 8:6 )( John chapter 17 ).

But Jesus the Son of God also prayed privately on this world to God.
( Matthew 14:23 )( Mark 6:46 )( Luke 6:12 ).

Christians must pray privately to God, and Christians must pray in public places to God.
But Christians must also come together to pray to God.
( Matthew 18:20 )( Acts 12:12 ).

It is wrong for Christian not to come and pray with other Christians when they have that freedom from God, for we must all encourage each other to live for God, for that is the will and way of God.
( Hebrew10:24-25 ).

When we pray in private or in public we may and must pray for everything to God, and we must talk about everything with God, for that is the will and way of God. For the Almighty God is not only our Lord God, but the Almighty God is also our Father through Jesus Christ the Son of God.
( Matthew 9:38 )( Matthew 26:41) ( Acts 1:24 )
( Acts 8:15 )( Acts 28-8 )( James 5:13-16 ).

Jesus Christ the Son of God also lived that way on this world with God. For He always prayed and talked to God.
( Matthew 15:36 )( Luke 3:21-22 )
( Luke 6:12 )( John chapter 17 ).

We must pray for none Christians and for Christians to God. We must pray for all people to God. We must even pray for our enemies to God.
( Matthew 5:44 )( Luke 6:28 ).

Through our prayers we can move the hands of God to receive blessings from God, therefore we may and must pray for all things to God, for that is the will of God.
( Matthew 24:20 )( Mark 13:18 ).

We must always pray to God. Also when we are not answered by God we must continue praying to God until we receive a answer from God.
( Luke 18:1-8 )( 1 Thessalonians 5:17 ).

God will listen to all Christians who have opened their heart to God and live by the Spirit of God, for all of them prayers are acceptable to God.
( James 5:16-18 ).

Sometimes we do not know how to pray or what to pray for by God, then the Holy Spirit who lives within us of God will help us how to pray to God.
( Romans 8:26-27 ).

But when we pray to God then we must always believe and trust that everything we ask for by God is within the power of God, for if we do not believe that everything we ask for by God can be accomplish by God then we do not have to pray to God, for if we do not have faith and trust in God then we will not receive anything from God. When we pray to God then we must believe and trust in God.
( James 1:6-8 )( Mark 11:24 ).

We also may not imitate other people when we pray to God. We must be ourselves when we pray to God for we are all special to God. Some Christians have fancy prayers when they pray to God, others may have simple prayers when they pray to God, but all prayers are welcome by God when our heart is right with God, For God looks at the heart when we pray to God. But if our heart is not right with God then no prayer is accepted by God.
( Proverbs 15:8 ).

We must not look for a place to pray to God, for we are always with God. Wherever we are there is God. We are welcome by God to pray everywhere to God.
( Matthew 24:26-28 ).

When we pray we must seek the will of God, for only if we seek the will of God do we live by the Spirit of God. We must not plan to do all sorts of things in the name of God and then seek the blessings from God, because we can do all sorts of things in the name of God but live for satan thinking that we live for God. If we do not live by the Spirit of God then we are condemned by God.
( Matthew 7:21-23 ).

We must not only pray to God, but we must also make room in our prayer for God, for if we make room in our prayer for God then we will hear the voice within our mind from God, for God lives within us by the Spirit of God, therefore God will speak within us by the Spirit of God if we are willing to listen to God.
( 1 Corinthians 3:16 )( 1 Corinthians 6:19 )
( 2 Corinthians 6:16 ).

If we do not listen to the voice within us of God when we pray to God then we do not live by the Spirit of God, because if we truly live by the Spirit of God then we will hear the voice within us of God. If do not live by the Spirit of God then we also do not live in the fullness of the sacrifice of Jesus the Son of God when He died on the cross to open the way for us to live in friendship and fullness on this world with God. For Jesus Christ the Son of God did not only die on the cross for us to be accepted by God, and He also did not only die on the cross to open the way for us into heaven with God. But Jesus the Son of God also paid for our sins by God to open the way for us to live in friendship and fullness on this world with God like Adam and Eve lived before they turned their back on God. For Jesus Christ the Son of God came to this world to undo the damage that came between people and God when Adam and Eve loved the evil way of satan and turned their back on God.
( Romans 5:12-21 ).

When we have received the Holy Spirit within of God then we must allow the Spirit of God to teach us the will and way of God.
( 1 John 2:26-27 ).

We must always pray about everything to God for that does not only please God but that is also the will of God. But we may never demand things from God, for the things we like to receive from God may not be the will and way of God. When we pray to God we must lay all of our needs and desires before God, but we must keep our mind open to the will of God, and we must always obey God.
( Matthew 26:36-43 ).

If we demand things from God then we may receive the things we demand from God but then we will hate ourselves for not seeking the will of God, for then the gifts we receive from God will be a curse from God.
( Numbers chapter 11 )( Psalms 78:17-31 ).

Jesus Christ the Son of God always prayer to God and placed his requests before God, but He never demanded things from God. He did not seek to overpower the will of God when He prayed to God. But Jesus the Son of God always surrendered His will to God.
( Matthew 26:36-42 )( John 6:38 )( John 12:27 ).

We must always submit our will to God when we pray to God for then everything we need on this world will be supplied by God, therefore we must always seek to obey God when we pray to God.
( Matthew 6:25-33 ).

We will not only have all the things we need when we love God and obey God, but we will also be protected by God from satan who always seeks to lead us astray from God.
( 1 John 3:9 )( 1 John 5:18 ).

If we live in sin and claim to live in fullness with God then we do not speak the truth about our relationship with God, for we cannot live in the way of satan and live in friendship with God.
( 1 John 1:6 ).

Our prayer may never become a show for other people when we pray in a public place to God, when we pray we must only speak to God. It is never wrong to pray in public places for we may never be ashamed that we live for God, however, our prayer must only be to God, not for a show for the people who hear or see us pray to God, for then our prayer are hated by God.
( Matthew 6:5 ).

When we pray to God then we must pray in the name of Jesus Christ the Son of God to God, for Jesus the Son of God is our lifeline to God.
( John 15:16 )( John 16:23-24 ).

But our prayer may only be to our heavenly Father the Lord God, we may not pray to anyone else or anything else beside our heavenly Father Lord God. We also may not pray to Jesus Christ the Son of God for He is the Son of God. We also may not pray to the Holy Spirit of God, for the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God. We may only pray to our heavenly Father the Lord God.
( Matthew 6:9 )( Luke 11:1-2 )
( John chapter 17 )( Philippians 4:-6 ).

We must not only pray to God to place our requests before God and when we need God, but we also must give thanks to God when we pray to God.
( Romans 1:8 )( Ephesians 1:16 )
( 1 Thessalonians 2:13)( 2 Thessalonians 1:3 ).

We must not only give thanks to God when we have received our requests from God, but we must also be thankful to God when we do not receive the things we ask for by God. For sometimes the things that we do not like may also be blessings from God. Therefore we must always in every circumstance be thankful to God.
( 1 Thessalonians 5:18 )

However, we must not for all circumstances give thanks to God, for everything that takes place in our life and on this world does not always come from God. But everything is controlled by God, and we are always in the love and care of God.
( Matthew 10:29-30 )( Luke 12:6-7 ).

Therefore we must always give thanks to God. Not for all circumstances we must give thinks to God, but in all circumstances we must give thanks to God. Not only in the times when we receive everything we want from God must we give thanks to God, but also in times when we do not see the blessings from God we must give thanks to God, for even the horrifying things that take place in our life can be blessings from God.
( Genesis 50:19-20 ).

Everything that takes place on this world and in our life works for good for the people of God.
( Romans 8:28 )

However, everything that takes place in our life on this world is not from God, therefore we do not give thanks for everything on this world and in our life to God, for evil is never of God.
( James 1:13-17 )

But everything on this world and in our life is controlled by God. Also satan is controlled by God.
( Job 1:6-12 )( Job 2:1-6 ).

We must not only give thanks in our prayers to God, but we must also give thanks and praise in our Songs to God.
( Psalms 28:7 )( Psalms 95:2 )
( Psalms 118:14 )( Isaiah 12:2 ).

We must always rejoice and be glad in God, our whole life must be wrapped up in praise for God.
Not only by ourselves must we thank and praise God but also with all of the people of God when we are together to worship God must we thank and praise God.
( Psalms 81:1-4 )( 95:1-7 )( Jeremiah 20:13 )
( Romans 15:9-11 )( 1 Chronicles 16:8-10 ).

We must not only sing praises to God when we receive our requests from God, but we must also sing praises to God when we are persecuted because we love and obey God.
( Acts 16:25 ).

We must always and in everything give thanks to God, and always sing praises to God. When times are good and when times are bad we must thank and praise God, for everything is in the hands of God. However, not all thing in our life and on this world come from God, for many things in our life and on this world do not come from God, but everything is controlled by God, therefore we as God’s people must always give thanks and praise to God.
( Ephesians 5:19-20 ).

We may not remove ourselves from the assembly of the people of God to come together and praise God and worship God, for than we do not obey God.
( Hebrews 10:24-25 ).

When we only in good times thank and praise God that does not prove that we trust God, but when we give thanks and praise also in bad times to God that proves that we trust God, for then we surrender our whole life to God, therefore we must always pray to God.
( 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 ).

But always in our prayers we must seek the will and way of God, for our will is not always the will of God.
( Mark 14:32-36 ).

If we pray wrongfully to God by seeking our will and not the will of God then we will not receive the things we ask from God, for we cannot live by our will and live for God.
( James 4:1-4 ).

When evil comes our way then we also must thank and praise God, for we must never surrender to our feelings but we must always trust God. But we also must keep on praying to God to remove the evil from our life by the grace of God.
( Luke 18:1-8 ).

Even when our sins overpower us we must hold fast on the grace of God, for God is a merciful God, and God will always forgive us if we are truly sorry for the wrong we have done to God and ask to be forgiven by God.
( Psalms 103:8-13 ).

Jesus Christ the Son of God paid for all of our sins by God, and through Jesus the Son of God we will always be loved by God and will always be forgiven by God if we are truly sorry for the wrong we did to God.
( 1 Peter 3:18 )( 1 John 2:1-2 ).

Even when we have sinned against God we must praise and thank God. Not for the sins we do to God do we thank and praise God for all sin is hated by God, but we must always praise and thank God to worship God. God never turns His back on the people who love God and truly worship God. Therefore when we sin against God we must love God, for our love for God will keep us in the grace of God. It is more acceptable by God that we love God then to reach for perfection by God, because we will never be perfect by the standards of God, but our love for God overpowers all of our imperfection by God.
( 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 ).

But we may not willingly and carelessly sin against God by not trying hard to do the will of God and to please God, for then we do not love God.
( Romans 6:1-4 ).

However, when we sin then we must remember that God is a loving God, and Jesus Christ the Son of God paid for all of our sins by God. Therefore we must never surrender to sin but we must repent of our sins by God. When we have repented of our sins by God then we must do our best to obey God.
( Exodus 34:6 )( Psalms 103:8-13 )
( Psalms 145:8-9 )( Lamentations 3:22-25 ).

If we truly repent of our sins by God in the name of Jesus Christ the Son of God, and we are truly willing to do our best again for God, then we can be sure that we are forgiven of our sins by God, for Jesus Christ the Son of God paid for that grace for us by God.
( Hebrews 4:14-16 ).
