That promise was fulfilled by God through Jesus the Son of God. The death of the Son of God broke all of the barriers of sin between people and God for His suffering and death paid for all of our sins by God. Therefore a Christian’s man or woman may never marry a person who does not live for God. All Christian’s man and woman may only marry someone who loves God and obeys God. If they marry anyone else then they do not live in the will and way of God.
